I have been using Wrench Werks since I bought my 2001 beetle as second-hand. I can't thank them enough to keep my beetle healthy and happy over the years. When you drive an old one like mine, it gets ever so important to make sure that everything is in good running condition. And sometimes even with regular maintenance, some parts just need to be replaced due to aging and out of normal wear. And those are the ones hard to notice from just driving, and when you leave them unattended, they can develop into a major issue... For someone who gets paranoid by just thinking about stalled in the middle of nowhere or a busy freeway, etc., it's such a relief to have Wrench Werks as my service shop. They always gave me heads-up about the state of my car and some aging parts (and some parts which are not manufactured anymore or going to be soon so it takes some time to chase down. I think this type of info is very crucial for an old car driver). They changed my shifter lever and cables this time around as I started noticing my shifter is getting harder and hesitant. I thought it is how an old car's shifter feels like when it is worn, but now with a new set, I can really tell the difference! It shifts so smooth and it really feels like I'm driving a new car! The folks at this shop are specialists. They aren’t just some run of the mill service center. The shop is super clean, the customer service is unmatched, and technicians are transparent about every repair. I’ve been taking my Audi to the dealer, but had a terrible experience. Amazing organization and group of employees! The process to make an appointment for my car was easy and efficient both on line and via phone. The response time terrific. The checkin area and garage was spotless, organized and welcoming. The staff outstanding! The manager on site observing and working along with Barbara who was aware, a good communicator, knows the business, very organized, and presented information including g costs and estimates I had an overall sense of trust from the experience, will work with them and recommend them without hesitation!

Kudos to Tanya of Wrench Werks for doing such a great job at keeping me up to date with my car repair and explaining in detail the various issues the technicians discovered. The whole experience, including the work performed on the car, was very positive and I was not pressured into getting repairs that, at least for now, weren't big problems.
