I have been taking my Audi A4 to Audi dealership since I got it two years ago but between the limited appointment times. I thought I should start looking for an alternative mechanic shop. That is when I did some research and found Wrench Werks, what got me to choose them is that they specialize working on Audi and Volkswagen. I contacted them for a wheel alignment and they were able to schedule me the same week. Everything went well and when I went to get my car back, Barbara told me that my car was leaking a little bit of coolant and that I would might want to look into changing the pump. I told Barbara okay lets change the pump. While I was talking to them, I mentioned that I have warranty on the car still. Barbara said for me to find out who I got the warranty from and she would contact them and see if the parts would be covered. After getting home I told Barbara what company the warranty was from and she took care of everything. She got warranty to cover the parts and it saved me a lot of money. After using for my alignment and water pump. I can say that I am very happy with Wrench Werk, the quality of service is great, and communication between them and customer is very clear. They are also very easy to contact I have never been put on hold or heard their answering machine. I am definitely going to be using them from now on moving forward.

Once your dealer warranty is over, it's always hard to find a reasonable yet reputable place to service your luxury car. Wrench Werks has serviced my 2013 A4 for 5 years. Before you buy a luxury European car, educate yourself on the fact they are not cheap to maintain. Although it's frustrating, these guys will tell you the real issues that need to addressed to keep your car running right. I have had several unexpected problems pop up and they were fixed the right way. Get the VIP service plan and your regular services are covered with a good discount on parts and labor when fixes are needed. Remember, fancy car, fancy money, good maintenance.

I've been a customer of Wrench Werks since 2008. I have both my 2003 and 2006 Volkswagen Jettas serviced and repaired by Wrench Werks. They have managed a recent rebuild of my 2006 Jetta Tipronic transmission, which I am totally satisfied with. I trust no one else with maintaining and repairing both of my vehicles. Thanks to their records and prompt service schedule on my Jettas, I enjoy the confidence in the reliability of my vehicles and look forward to exceeding 200K miles on both vehicles. I've owned both vehicles new since purchasing from the dealership at Ala Moana and switched from dealership service to Wrench Werks in 2008.

Absolutely Fantastic! Tanya, Barbara and all the staff at Wrench Werks have done an amazing job keeping our 2001 Jetta Wagon running since we shipped it here from the mainland. If you own a VW, DON’T TAKE IT ANYWHERE ELSE, IMHO. Mahalo, Wrench Werks.

Aloha! Tanya had to call me back within an hour regarding prepurchase inspection appointment. While I was able to make an appointment somewhere else, I appreciate Tanya calling me back promptly, her customer service and sweet voice which is really soothing considering the rush hour time of the day.
