Always get great service when I take my car in, they haven't seen my car in 4 years while it was away in the mainland. But after my first visit back they found a lot of things that need attention. So I will be taking care of the important things first. But since my car is getting really old parts are becoming hard to find. One of the best things about coming here is I usually get the same tech so this person knows my car inside and out. I also love the VIP program they have so I can get much needed discounts to help with costs.

I’ve been a WrenchWerks customer for years now, it’s pricey but it’s so worth it. Barbara especially has gone out of her way on multiple occasions to make sure I was helped, she is the ONLY reason I continue to go to WW even though I don’t even have a German car anymore. While waiting 7 and a half hours at the dealership for a diagnostic, I decided to call Wrench Werks, was suggested by a friend. So glad I did. Barbara saw me right after I left the dealership. She and staff were upfront, professional, and knowledgeable. Explained all the work needing done. They kept in contact, gave updates, helped me save money, time, and future car problems. My engine light came on right before my holiday. I had contacted them while overseas and they worked with me very well. If I need to email instead of callimg to save money on talking back and forth. Even after they did their testing they sent my car to another shop to verify that everything was great. It came back amazing and if I was staying on island they would be my go to shop. Best service I've had in a long time.
