Three words: Execellent customer service! I just recently became aquatinted with Wrench Werks after I bought my first Volkswagen from a terrible used car dealer that ripped me off. I was so confused and lost during that time because I spent so much on a car that was about to break down on me. I found Wrench Werks on Yelp and they took care of me. It literally felt like they were holding my hands and walking me through all the mess. My car is almost done being fixed! It was not cheap but I can feel the difference when I'm driving. I'm so happy with the quality of work they provide. Their customer service is top notch: I text them everytime something is amiss and they would respond within an HR. I highly recommend them!

Found them on Yelp because I was looking for a shop that specializes in Audi & VW, which I own vehicles of both makes. These folks are professional and provide exceptional customer service. Every encounter (phone/in-person) from the office (Barbara) to the mechanics/technicians, everyone is very friendly, genuine, and most importantly... knowledgeable! I will continue to bring my cars here to get serviced, instead of being overcharged by the dealer.
