The customer service at Wrench Works was awesome! Super friendly and very helpful. They listened to my needs and guided me towards getting the service I needed. I can tell they take pride in their work and it shows. Car was returned as promised, fully maintained and driving like a dream. Also included detailing and car is like brand-new, even though its 5 years old. Will definitely be coming back for the exceptional service! Thank you!

Can't say enough great things about this place!!! It starts with Rod and Barbara. They are genuinely wonderful people that take pride in providing the best service. I had service done by them and there was an issue with a part. The part was covered under warranty and there were no issues getting it replaced. They even took my car in and worked with my schedule to get the work done. They also corrected my brake light issue at no charge and Rod walked me through everything that was done inclusive of showing me the defect on the old part. If you own a foreign auto this is where you want to take it. Mahalo WW!!!

These guys are awesome. Very knowledgeable in what they do and will make the suggestions in what you should change or fix if needed and when needed. Not like some other companies who would try and get you to do something just to get your money. They did my coil over installation and i needed some other things installed and asked if they could do it if they had time. They did so they installed for me. They were very good with communication and customer service. I would highly recommend these guys anytime.

I've been taking by German cars to Wrench Werks for a few years now. Jetta GLI and my Audi A4. Great service. Will substantially beat dealer prices and with great service. Will always recommend and continue to have my cars serviced here.
