Had a great first experience bringing my “newly” purchased 2001 GTI GLX 12V VR6 for an oil change and thorough inspection. Am looking forward to working with this knowledgeable shop going forward.

Everything went well. Wrench Werks moved my appointment up by a week when I was experiencing signs of trouble, and all maintenance was done expeditiously. I appreciated having a desk to set up my computer on while I waited for the work to be done.

Rod went above and beyond to remedy my situation.

The customer service at Wrench Works was awesome! Super friendly and very helpful. They listened to my needs and guided me towards getting the service I needed. I can tell they take pride in their work and it shows. Car was returned as promised, fully maintained and driving like a dream. Also included detailing and car is like brand-new, even though its 5 years old. Will definitely be coming back for the exceptional service! Thank you!

Can't say enough great things about this place!!! It starts with Rod and Barbara. They are genuinely wonderful people that take pride in providing the best service. I had service done by them and there was an issue with a part. The part was covered under warranty and there were no issues getting it replaced. They even took my car in and worked with my schedule to get the work done. They also corrected my brake light issue at no charge and Rod walked me through everything that was done inclusive of showing me the defect on the old part. If you own a foreign auto this is where you want to take it. Mahalo WW!!!
