Scheduling an appointment online was very easy and was confirmed very quickly via email. Great customer service, Barbara contacted me throughout the service about the issues with my car and estimate. They did a thorough inspection of my car and pointed out any other concerns or issues I may have with my car now or in the future. Mahalo!

Barbara was so helpful in making my pre purchase inspection appointment. She also thoroughly explained that work another repair shop recommended would not need to be done now. I have peace of mind to know the car I purchased is good enough to serve as transportation and will not have any immediate problems.

I appreciate a shop that is honest and have the knowledge to look at problem items that go bad. Audi just performs the standard service and fixes items only when broken. This shop will also do custom mod installs.
