My overall experience here was pleasant and delightful. My Audi Q5 has been giving me a headache. Replaced what I was told needed replacement from another shop and still issues. I was stressed. I had to do research and take it in with a shop that specializes in Audis and mind you, they’re aren’t a lot on island. Stumbled upon wrenchwerks, submitted an appointment online and I got an immediate response in the morning from Barbara. The interaction and drop off process was very well communicated and smooth. Speaking with Barbara about my issue, you can feel that she honestly cares. She was also giving me a few pointers on car maintenance, very knowledgeable woman. She also pointed out that my safety is expire and if I would also like to do my safety check there which made it convenient for me. They also offer car rentals for a great price if needed. As soon as the diagnosis was done, she called me to let me know the findings on my Audi Q5. After the results, I was shocked as to how much stuff was wrong with my car, I could tell from their inspection that it was a very thorough one leaving no detail left behind. Barbara broke down the pricing and offered me options to move forward. That being said, I look forward to getting my Audi repaired through them. On the bright note, Barbara has really made this stressful week of mine not so much now that I know I am in good hands. Mahalo to you and your crew I really felt like she went above and beyond expectations.

It is not easy to find a place who is willing to work on an older VW car…. Tanya was the most wonderful person to talk to and so super helpful and understanding!

Had a perfect experience with Barbara and the Wrench Werks team. I had the hardest time finding an auto shop that could take in my Audi for an insurance claim estimate. A few shops were booked out for 2 months, a few others never even returned my call… even the Audi dealer referred me out. Barbara was nice enough to work with accommodating me to get my car looked at ASAP even though they were already busy. There were some hiccups with the insurance company here and there and Barbara continued to work through those issues and was very understanding. In the end, my Audi is back on the road in tip top shape. This is also my new spot for oil changes and safety checks. A++++ customer service and they really take care of their customers.
