It is not easy to find a place who is willing to work on an older VW car…. Tanya was the most wonderful person to talk to and so super helpful and understanding!

Had a perfect experience with Barbara and the Wrench Werks team. I had the hardest time finding an auto shop that could take in my Audi for an insurance claim estimate. A few shops were booked out for 2 months, a few others never even returned my call… even the Audi dealer referred me out. Barbara was nice enough to work with accommodating me to get my car looked at ASAP even though they were already busy. There were some hiccups with the insurance company here and there and Barbara continued to work through those issues and was very understanding. In the end, my Audi is back on the road in tip top shape. This is also my new spot for oil changes and safety checks. A++++ customer service and they really take care of their customers. Thank you Barbara and Team!!!

I had a great experience with Wrench Werks. My car had been having some trouble and no one seemed to know what exactly was wrong so I brought it here as a bit of a last resort and they went above and beyond to help me! Everything got sorted out quickly and with a lot of communication from Barbara to keep me updated!! Highly recommend :)

Professional, efficient and timely response to a dash error incident. Sent a text msg to the office and had a followup call that tried to diagnosed the problem. Able to bring the vehicle in the next day for the actual troubleshooting and was determined after a few hours that a replacement part could be procured and installed for completion by the end of the day. Also requested a minor adjustment to one of the vehicle's system. Both have been satisfactory done, vehicle runs great! Also, I have had regular scheduled maintenance with them that allows them to properly maintain and assess vehicle's health.

Hands down the best team of people to interact with! They were able to get my car in within a few days of my call which is pretty speedy compared to many other options near me. Tanya went above and beyond to keep me updated on the progress of my services throughout the couple of days my car was with them. She and Barbara made everything as easy and smooth as possible. I have every intention of taking my VW there for future services, and I’m glad I found them!

Despite not owning a VW or Audi (what they specialize in), the staff here at Wrench Werks has been excellent at helping me with all my vehicle needs. Even when I needed a service they didn't provide, they were still able to point me to someone who did. Excellent team here at the shop!

After years struggling with the Audi dealer, we located Wrench Werks. A refreshing change. Friendly staff; accommodating, prompt and responsive. Very different from the dealership. Our two vehicles are operating at a much higher level. My wife and I both drive Audi’s and are extremely happy with the vehicles’ performance and courtesy shown to us!
