The service was great as always, plus I appreciated the referral for body work and your flexibility in scheduling. I do believe, though, that it is time to open up the waiting area. It would be appropriate to limit the number of people in there (so you might have to "take reservations" for waiting) and to require masks. But allowing no one in there seems like overkill.
