Barbara is the BEST at customer service in the history of customer service! She even came in on her day off on order to accommodate our schedule. The shop is very clean and even tho we had a LOT of work done over two appointments, everything was done in a timely manner and we were kept well informed along the way. It’s the first time in years that we almost look forward to the next time we need to take our Audi to the mechanic!

Great service as always. Fit me in on short notice quickly identified the fault and gave me good options for repair. Helped find a rental car as well, and one that did not break the bank; no easy task these days.
