Wrench Werks is great. I have had my 2014 Jetta serviced at the VW dealer since I purchased it new in 2014. Maintenance and repair costs were draining my pocket, so I decided to find an independent certified VW mechanic to help maintain my car. Wrench Werks has been terrific! They have been thorough, thoughtful, helpful, and very courteous. The shop is spic and span clean, and everybody is very knowledgeable about VWs and they really know how to take care of their customers. Tanya is the best!!! I highly recommend Wrench Werks.

My overall experience here was pleasant and delightful. My Audi Q5 has been giving me a headache. Replaced what I was told needed replacement from another shop and still issues. I was stressed. I had to do research and take it in with a shop that specializes in Audis and mind you, they’re aren’t a lot on island. Stumbled upon wrenchwerks, submitted an appointment online and I got an immediate response in the morning from Barbara. The interaction and drop off process was very well communicated and smooth. Speaking with Barbara about my issue, you can feel that she honestly cares. She was also giving me a few pointers on car maintenance, very knowledgeable woman. She also pointed out that my safety is expire and if I would also like to do my safety check there which made it convenient for me. They also offer car rentals for a great price if needed. As soon as the diagnosis was done, she called me to let me know the findings on my Audi Q5. After the results, I was shocked as to how much stuff was wrong with my car, I could tell from their inspection that it was a very thorough one leaving no detail left behind. Barbara broke down the pricing and offered me options to move forward. That being said, I look forward to getting my Audi repaired through them. On the bright note, Barbara has really made this stressful week of mine not so much now that I know I am in good hands.
