Kudos to Tanya of Wrench Werks for doing such a great job at keeping me up to date with my car repair and explaining in detail the various issues the technicians discovered. The whole experience, including the work performed on the car, was very positive and I was not pressured into getting repairs that, at least for now, weren't big problems.

Tanya was my service writer and was great. She gave me updates on everything through out the day.

Wrench Works has the best customer service, and the cleanest shop I have ever seen. Worked with Tanya, she kept me updated probably more than she needed to. But I was very grateful, and appreciative for her. As a car owner it can sometimes be frustrating and stressful to hear the hard facts of what’s wrong with your car and the costs that come along with your diagnosis. But they are very up front and honest with their quotes. Gave me a break down of the items that needed attention and the costs. Will be doing more business with them in the near future.
